An operational leader with over 15 years’ experience across fintech, healthtech, and digital businesses — scaling startups, leading complex turnarounds, and driving strategy. From revenue acceleration to cost optimisation, procurement, automation and brand elevation, I partner with founders, boards, and leadership teams to build clarity, resilience, and momentum.
I’ve served as COO (both permanent & interim) — most notably leading a $31M ARR healthtech through Chapter 11 restructuring, and overseeing strategic execution and customer operations at regulated fintechs like Curve and Crowdcube.
