When growth starts breaking things - I fix it.

Meet Kate.
I work with founders who are still doing three jobs, because the business grew faster than the structure around it. You don't need a full-time COO. You don't need a report telling you what you already know. You need someone who's done this before, who'll get stuck into the detail with you.
I'm a doer. I roll my sleeves up, get into the detail, and get things moving, without losing the people along the way.
I'm currently working hands-on with founders at this stage, on sales process, team structure and margin, as well as the internal systems. It's exactly the kind of work I love.
Earlier, though, I led a $31M ARR healthtech through a Chapter 11 restructuring, securing $10M in new investment and $6.5M in annual savings, with zero voluntary resignations throughout. Before that, scaling CX for 3M+ customers at Curve, and equity campaigns at Crowdcube for Freetrade, Moneybox, and what3words. I bring that same rigour and pressure-tested judgement to businesses a fraction of that size, because most £2m to £8m founders never get access to someone with that background.
I mention Chapter 11 and the PR launch of Help for Heroes (£6M raised in under six months) not because they're recent, but because they're where I learned what's possible when you back something that matters and refuse to let it fail.

Customer complaints are rising. Teams are firefighting. Nobody's quite sure who owns what.
You've grown fast and the operations haven't kept up. I come in, find what's actually broken, and fix it — quickly and without drama.
You're launching new markets, adding products, growing headcount. But the processes, the team design, and the operating rhythm haven't scaled with you.
I build the structure that lets you grow without it all falling over.
Restructuring. Funding pressure. A leadership gap. A turnaround.
These moments need someone who's been in the room before — who can stabilise fast, make hard calls with care, and keep the team with you through it.
I'm not an advisor who hands over a report and leaves. I get involved, stay until it's working, and make sure the team can run it without me.
• Flexible engagement, from a short focused project to ongoing part-time support, for as long as you actually need it.
• 15+ years of hands-on operational leadership, tested in fintech, healthtech, and high-growth SaaS, including under real pressure (FCA-regulated environments, a Chapter 11 turnaround).
• I get involved in the detail and stay until it's working. Not a deck-and-leave advisor.
